Your blog is a mirror in which others see themselves and into which they project their own problems. My Google Video of the Day blog receives a fair amount of traffic and also comments. That old saying about the things we don’t like in other people are the things we don’t like in our selves is, I think, also true for blogs. People see things they don’t like or don’t agree with and, feeling threatened, they vent and reassert themselves through highly opinionated comments. You have to remember that it’s never really about you, the author. It’s about the commenter facing unpleasantries within him or herself. People don’t seem to remember that putting other people down does not elevate themselves.

“Michael Martine is one of the best in the blogosphere.
His insights are impactful and on the mark. He's one of those rare people who understand the technical AND social side of the blogosphere. He's creative, and finds unique solutions to difficult problems. When he worked with me, he showed me some answers to questions I didn't know I had.”

This is the stupidest blog posting I’ve ever read. The author is certainly a depressed, alcoholic old fart with an uncertain future.
Hey, wait a minute…
