Is Google spamming the Net?

I keep getting spam comments that go something like this: Hi! Nice site you have! I have posted a very similar topic to my blog. But the URL goes to Google. Obviously, it isn’t Google behind this (unless they’re figuring out how spammers work in order to defeat them, but I doubt it). So… I guess that means there are some real dumb spammers out there.
