Great article. In my experience of consulting with SME businesses here in the UK, almost all of them don't even have basic understanding of marketing online, so the idea of using (a) a blog and (b) for crisis management wouldn't even occur to them in a thousand years.

Sometimes I think we live in the Dark Ages. :)</description>
