You do not hesitate at all anymore it seems. I noticed two small issues with it that you might want to optimize yet: The camera seems to be a little below you, it's always a little strange to look at someone from that perspective. The other issue I have is that your face is too big and kind of cut off. This also looks a little strange. Make sure to show that you are not a robot by showing at least your shoulders.
