Free Ebook, New Remarkablogger and More Coming Soon

I’m so excited about what’s just around the corner that I can’t wait. I’m giving you a sneak peek at some wonderful improvements and new things ahead for you, my readers and clients.

New Logo

New Remarkablogger Logo

I love my new logo! I just have to say that. It was designed by Mohsin, a friend of mine who runs Blogging Bits, which is one of the nicest-looking blogs around. Thanks, Mohsin! You rock!

Note to self: order business cards…

New Remarkablogger Theme

Along with the new logo, I’m going to reboot Remarkablogger with a new theme. The new theme has a much fresher look to it, and will be very easy on the eyes and easy to read. I’m still hammering it out, so what you see here is just a peek while I continue to work on it.

Free Ebook: How to Start a Business Blog

Free ebook

It’s almost done! I’m going to release it when I switch over to the new theme. Right now it stands at 75 pages of in-depth step-by-step planning for a business blog. The book will be completely free, but only available to subscribers. I’m very excited about this, since this will be my first big “product offering”. More and more businesses of all sizes want to start blogging, but there’s very little solid, helpful information out there for how to run a successful business blog compared to other kinds of blogging.

One more thing: there will also be an audio version of the book.

Anything else?

Actually, yes. I’m working on a new blog and a new site around my concept of gateway blogging, and that’s all I have to say about that for now, as it’s still pretty early in the process.

Thank you!

Thank you for reading and subscribing to my blog. Thank you, clients, for trusting me with your blogs and allowing me to help you realize your goals with blogging. This is all so intensely rewarding, and I am lucky to be in such excellent company. You can look forward to more blogging tips and help, more about business blogging, more about blog coaching, and more client success stories.

Michael – congrats – You are kicking butt! The logo and the peek at the new design look awesome. I am definitely looking forward to that eBook and the blog focused on Gateway Blogging. I think you’ve REALLY got a niche with that. I just used that term the other day when describing business blogging to someone – it is such a perfect term to describe a very critical concept.

Congrats on all of your new ventures!

Christine

Excellent! New Remarkablogger looks sexy in preview.

Should we expect Remarkablogger to arrive by the end of this year?

@Everyone: Thanks for the encouragement and kind words! :D

@Christine: I’m very glad to hear you say that. It is my intention that the term gateway blogging become an obvious and normal way to describe the strategy used for a business blog.

@Mohsin: Yes, I think we’ll see it before the end of the year.

@Mark: Thanks! :)

Michael it looks like Mohsin really helped you move beyond the initial logo ideas you were tossing around.

Looking forward to the new design and ebook!

@Aaron: Yes, Mohsin really interpreted the idea better than I did for myself. It’s been said that lawyers should never represent themselves in court, they should hire lawyers who are better than themselves. I think the same is true for designers. I’m great at seeing the needs of others, but sometimes not so good at doing it for myself. I’m too close to it, you know? Thanks for the comment, Aaron.

Well….that’s some update! Nice theme and logo.

Just one thing – the colour and look of logo does not really gel with that of the theme. If you’re not changing the theme’s colour scheme, I think it will look like apples and apricots.
