I get lots of hits on the 2 long articles I did on it. The other thing I've been tossing around is "what beach properties rent for" - we have different rules per beach condo complex some weekly, some 3 months some annual for example - there's no where to easily get the info and we have lots of people who want to buy property and then want to know what kind of rental income to expect.
